I wanted to get a used mower at a fair price. I went to Home Depot and theirs were too high (albeit they only had current year models). I went to Wayne Lawn and not only got a good deal but they were very helpful in educating me on the different models. I spent $200 (out-the-door) on a top model that was just fixed and barely a year old.

Always have courteous counter help that get you in and out quickly. Sales people are not pushy but know their equipment. Its nice to have an independent shop that cares for its customers. I will go out of my way to come to your shop because you care for your customers.
