I'm a master auto technician to start. They said it would be 2 weeks before they can look at my Lt2000 for a stalling issue. They tried to do what we call "throw parts at" & after that didn't work or in my case parts not available. This was over 5 weeks of 0 communication. I pick it up & it's disassembled, battery missing & key. They assumed it will be tossed. The battery was bought the day I brought it up there & they said it was bad. So they gave me some junk battery. No key either, so they gave me some off brand key. They treated me like asking for the stuff I paid for rightfully mine, I was wrong & bothering them. Now yes they do have a sign that said it would be returned as is. The problem is it was running & they practically totaled it out by disassembling it & missing hardware & wires.
