I have been going here for years. I have sent several customers here to purchase lawnmowers and other equipment from here. The owner is awesome and most of the workers in the front and the repair guys are great. BUT that Jenna lady (parts manager) is terrible, with a nasty attitude. The way she talked to me today was so disrespectful!!!! She wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say. She said I didn’t purchase the blade I had at their store. They don’t sell that type of blade. I went and talked to the owner and he agreed, that he sold me the blade I had in my hand. He showed me the same blade on their rack and he sold me the wrong blade. All she had to do is stop and listen to what I had to say.

Hey Ronald. Sorry for your experience. Usually we need receipts for any returns. With the amount of price increases over the year, we need that in order to properly do the refund or switch out. She was just making sure you or us got the correct amount of money back.
