Really fun! The room is really well put together. i don't recommend more than 6 people at the same time, it gets a little crowded.

Absolutely wonderful! We did the pirate room with a group of 7 people. The room is a little dark, but definitely one of the best we've done.

Easily the most immersive puzzle environment I've ever seen. Excellent from start to finish.

Great experience from the first phone call to the very end, discussing all of the steps and skills with Rocky. Must do!!!

I would highly recommend! The experience is fully immersive and the attention to detail unmatched. You will not find predictable puzzles here. They are unique to the room and truly devised by the game-makers themselves. Their service was friendly, engaging, and has been above-and-beyond what I would expect from a business. Dress comfortably, prepare to reach, crawl, and maybe get a little wet! Prepare to be fully transported into the scenario like a real pirate! Arrrrrr!!!!

Good room with decent riddles

My friends and I love doing escape rooms and i had avoided this one for a very long time, i just wasn't to interested in a "pirate themed" puzzle room.

I am however glad that we finally took the time to attempt the room.

The host was super informative and friendly, he also came out in character/costume which startled me a bit, but I appreciate a good scare lol. Leading us into the beginning of the room was an exciting first few steps.

I'd have to say this room has probably been one of the most immersive rooms that I have ever played. The wood was real food, splinters and all, there was water everywhere, we even got to let the sails down and turn the wheel of the boat.

For me what also made this room a bit more special was that it was historically correct, minus ourselves, according to the game master the man that the room...

This escape room was SO MUCH FUN, and I left immediately wanting to do another room.

First, I absolutely loved that it was based on a true story! I'm not into the horror escape rooms so this was right up my alley. I was able to learn some super interesting history and have fun. The intro video is important for the room so make sure you pay attention to it. We were kinda watching the group after us and noticed they weren't paying close attention... I bet they didn't escape. Lol!

Second, I thought it was soooo well put together. Everything looked very professional, and not shoddy. The whole ambiance of it felt like you were really on a pirate ship... especially exploring all the rooms of the ship! It got a little tight at points especially if you have a large group, but it still felt big. Also the light props were fun and challenging at times too.

Me and my friends passed by and decided to play on a whim. It was so fun and well designed! Incredibly immersive and a bit physical, I loved it! Our game master was a super funny guy. RD squad will be there again!

The experience at Exodus Escape Adventures is top notch! Awesome immersion and puzzles that can keep lots of people busy. Loved the experience when we lost, and of course it was even better when we won! Can’t want for their next room to open!

This was an amazing escape room!! Excellent detail was put into the pirate ship and there were so many clues to find to keep you constantly busy. Lots of trap doors and crawl spaces made this escape room truly unique! Plus the use of real water under the ship made it super authentic. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a fun time! An excellent immersive experience! It was a ton of fun and the different difficulties makes it good for all ages. It was the first one my group and I escaped successfully!

A fun puzzle room that is interesting and challeging.

This was our first escape room, and after reading other reviews, tried Exodus over other Folsom rooms. The owner, Rocky, was very informative and helpful- even gave a few clues when we were wandering around stumped. With help, we made it out with only seconds to spare! I'm glad we decided to try the medium level difficulty.

The puzzles were thought-provoking and challenging, but in a fun way. We had a few we needed help with, and received it without it breaking the mood or ambiance of the pirate ship. I also loved the fact that it was based on historical moments and real people. The history lesson at the beginning gives a lot of clues that help with solving the puzzles, if you pay attention! With a group of 4, we worked hard to solve everything in time, but everyone was able to use their own skills to solve problems that were right up their alley and kept us...

Took the family here, staff is excellent facility is clean and new. Definitely recommend, we had a group of 9 and every person had a great experience.

My wife and I have experienced many escape rooms from all over the country. Many are fun. Others not so much. Some feel rushed or worse “corporate”. Puzzle creativity is almost always lacking. Most rooms are simply a series of locks and keys litteraly!
Exodus Escape Adventures offers a true adventure. We enjoyed a great time with a perfect host. The adventure was complete from start to finish providing everything one needs to find success. And a treassured memory.

This was my first escape room and it was super fun! We all enjoyed ourselves more than we thought we would! We didn’t quite solve the room, which is a real shame, but we got close and we had a lot of fun doing it! The room was super immersive and there was so much to explore and solve! The guy running our game was super nice and did a great job! We’re excited to try their new room when it’s finished as well as their “extreme” version!

An excellent escape room! It is clear the creators of this escape room took the time to put in a ton of detail. The puzzles were challenging but do-able. The room itself had a great design and created an immersive experience. The host in character added a lot to the adventure. The same room can be reset with different skill levels if you want to do it again. Our group of eleven had a blast. Highly recommended.

We were holding gently glowing lanterns on a dock in 1800s London, about to figure out how to sneak onboard a highly convincing pirate ship. I wasn’t sure how the room was going to simulate the water below the dock, but I certainly didn’t expect there would be actual water down there.
