Great experience over all especially with the duchess high tea, only negative comment is the waitress lied to me saying the tip wasn’t included when it was a party of 7 guests. It’s not good customer service to lie to me in my face. I contacted the manager but he didn’t return my call.

This was the first we went to Vienna cafe to celebrate a friend’s birthday and enjoy high tea. Service was amazing. Our hostess Miss Jessie was amazing. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our food and ambience. It was a very nice experience. Highly recommend.

WOW! What a beautiful place. Our tea party experience was so authentic. It felt like we walked into another world when we opened the doors. The detail was incredible. The place was really cold, which was so awesome and pleasant. Our waitress was very helpful and we enjoyed how we were not rushed, but instead served over a 2 hour process. The quality of the tea and food was amazing. We will definitely be back!

We are absolutely obsessed with this place! The ambiance was incredible and food was beyond our expectations. Jose was our server and was extremely attentive. The rest of the staff checked on us multiple times as well to assure we were taken care of. We cannot wait to come back!
