Samuel provided extraordinary customer service and answered all my questions in a pleasant, professional manner.

So far this plan has helped me tremendously. I have been able to pay off 3 of the 5 credit cards that I owed money to. I am working diligently on a 4th. The 5th is an AMEX and they are not cooperating.

AMEX has served papers on me and the legal team has jumped right in very quickly to help me out.

My experience with Veritas too this point and the lawyer they assigned has been excellent.

I like Veritas Legal Plan because they were there to help us when we needed it. Even though we had a debt relief plan to help us we felt stranded. We were with this debt relief plan for 2 years and making payments to our escrow account for 2 years. No negotiations were completed and we felt like they were not helping us as they promised.

Kaja really took the time to understand my concerns and worries as this is so new to me. 100% made me more comfortable. Thank you!
