The plan is working fine. Few hiccups in the beginning because I mis-understood the process but all has been explained and is good now

Dwayne Smith has been helpful and reassuring when it comes to keeping me informed on what to expect moving forward also how to handle things. It is hard to stay in communication with 3-4 different company's when dealing with a debt relief company, especially when this is my first time doing this. Long wait to get through and call answering said they would look up my acct. I almost hung up. No one asked my name , acct number etc. thought someone hacked acct and was data mining.
