I have not had a lot of experience yet with the Veritas Legal Plan, however each time I have a question or need the help of any kind - I call Mark Guerette. He has been extremely courteous and helpful. If when I call, and he isn't available at the time, he immediately responds with a return call or an E-mail. I give him a 5-Star rating!
