I rate Veritas at the top of the list. I was with another legal that did nothing about a summons to court from July 22 until Oct 16, 2022. I called Veritas on Oct 18 and talked to Jaydon and told him I needed help because I had a court date Oct 21st as my husband had stage 4 cancer and I could not make it to court. He got me set.up with John M and John called me this morning Thursday Oct 20th and that they would be taking care of my summons. Veritas I appreciate your group and will ever be grateful to you. Today I received a text which I needed help for. I have already graduated from alleviate yet Veritas had no idea. When I called I had the joy of speaking with Rickaja who went above and beyond in numerous ways to help me out. We called alleviate together and the guy that we talked with treated her like she didn't matter which was so wrong. Then we got disconnected and she called me back right away and put me in contact with another person and I'll leave it a supervisor named Linda. I talked with Linda explaining what we were needing from them and hopefully she gets it done. But it was thanks to Kaja you are truly think is a shining star at veritas that I was able to get everything done today. I wish this world had more people like her in it it would sure be a lot better place!
