The customer service rep Dung Chau was professional, showed a lot of empathy & was patient in explaining & answering my questions regarding the process of the program. I felt comfortable/confident in speaking with her as she was non-judgmental. I breathed a sigh of relief when the conversation & process was over....I felt like I was getting my life back on track. I'm still worried & not sure if the debtors will accept the settlement proposal, however at the same time relieved.
