Buddy Sullins and the Vanguard crew took great care of my family and my roof. They fit me in quickly, we’re on time, and explained what work needed to be done and why. They got us on the schedule and knocked it out. The pricing was reasonable for the services provided.

Most of all, I wasn’t worried about my wife and kids being there without me. That’s a big deal!

I’ll definitely be referring them to anyone needing roofing or gutters.

Fields was knowledgeable and professional. From guiding us through the insurance process, our free upgrade selections, keeping us up to date as far as material delivery, labor and clean up. I particularly appreciate them going the extra mile to protect my hvac units and landscaping. A+ job guys!

Contacted Austin G. for a quote on gutters, response was quick and professional. Day of the appointment he explained that Buddy would be wit us in a few, and he was. This company is very professional and courteous, they stay in constant contact from appointment scheduling, quoting, install and completion. I gathered a couple quotes and Vanguard was very competitively priced,, but seemed a more professional company.. Once I decided to have them do the work it was only a little over a week, almost 2 for the install date. The installer was very courteous over the phone, we were not home at the start of install, and got to it right away. I arrived home after work to an almost complete job. Austin, and later Buddy Were there for final walk through and cleaning of my yard. I am super happy with the choice to have Vanguard do this job. Buddy and the team did a fantastic job installing our gutters. The options for color matching was awesome and how quickly everything was hung made it even better of a decision. Actually just had our first rain since the gutters were installed and I had little to no splash back in the common trouble areas I did before. 10/10 will recommend!!

Buddy is top notch - Vanguard is simply the best. I've tried other gutter companies in the Augusta area and there's no comparison. This is the ONLY company I know where the owner performs a personal on-site walkdown before and after the job. The quality and service provided by Buddy was outstanding.

They responded promptly, came out and performed the work. After a huge downpour, I notified them a spout was still clogged. They plan to come back and take care of it and add extra spouts where needed. Excellent folks to deal with!
