I can not say enough good things about this company. They were in and out without me even knowing (as I requested because I have a home based business with Zoom meetings). The estimator was extremely nice and professional, and the process of getting the invoice, scheduling the day, and execution of the job performed was seamless. Austin and Michael were professional and amazing! Austin was my point person for all communication, and Michael did a wonderful job installing my new gutter system. He followed all of my requests for downspout placement, as well as having recommendations for moving the old placement to better help with drainage. The entire team at Vanguard was amazing, from awesome communication, flexibility, to even letting me keep a few packs of shingles to keep just in case I need to replace any in future storms. I was extremely pleased with the entire job! Thank you for the new roof and sleek black gutters, guys!

First of all, I want to thank Vanguard Pro Services, especially Austin for their awesome assistance and guidance throughout our hailstorm ordeal. From the beginning to the end of the roof replacement/installation, Austin practically held our hands and walked us through the process. He took the initiative to handle all of the insurance dealings and made the whole claim progress smooth and actually pleasant! Communication was always prompt and Austin went above and beyond to accommodate our busy work schedule. Anybody will be blessed to have Austin as their coordinator and will not be disappointed! Pros:

Very friendly service. They do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. You don't have to micromanage them, they are as autonomous as they can be. The roofing crew they used was fast (started at ~7am, finished by end of day) and cleaned up after themselves well.

Cons:

They came to my door after a hail storm; home solicitation is associated with scammy businesses, so this seems sketchy, *but it turned out very well.* They require you to sign a restrictive agreement that seems sketchy, *but it was not used against me, and was only used to provide better service*.
