Originally called due to lack of communication from another company. Mark with Valiant came out to assess the situation I had described over the phone and with in a few minutes and a couple of phone calls had a part located to fix our A/C. Not only did Mark fix the issues with our A/C, his communication and knowledge through the whole process was top notch. The whole time dealing with him and Valiant was amazing. Now I see why they have so many great reviews. I tried a number of locations before finding this company. A few no return calls or cancellations led me to find Valiant Air. The answering service was way more helpful and when I called at 7:20 pm on a Saturday I received a call back from an employee at 7:27 and they had someone out by 8:20 pm and the problem fixed so my 35 F house is finally warming up. Zach at Valiant Air has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We are so glad that we found this company. He came out to diagnose why our A/C stopped getting the air as cold as it should have been. Found that our coil was rusting out and the coolant had leaked out. Got our coolant topped up as a temporary fix while we decided our next course of action. After having multiple companies come give us quotes, we decided to just just replace the entire A/C system and due to Zach professionalism and high quality of work, we went with him. Bryan with Valiant Air is an absolute life saver. We were told by two other companies that we needed to replace our furnace and air conditioning systems. He saved us over $8k-15k for the time being. He was supposed to originally just look at everything for us and give us an estimate. Instead he fixed the problem in a matter of minutes, educated on the system we had and more. These guys are the best to go with! We had multiple companies try to make a quick buck off us and Valiant Air made it a point to take care of us and ensure us as life long customers. Once everything does need to be replaced we will be going with them hands down. We even asked if we could set up maintenancing on our furnace to make sure we're good to go for this upcoming winter. Zach was prompt, courteous, clean and polite. Pricing seemed very reasonable and he was very up front about everything. I always knew exactly what he was doing, what he thought needed to be done next and always knew exactly what that entailed. In addition to addressing the issue at hand, he also checked and cleaned the pipes for drainage/overflow, checked our coolant charge and cleaned the AC unit outside.

We had one of the bigger heating and air companies we've used before come out to diagnose our AC issues and we thought the quote they gave us was way too much. They also charged a fee to come out. I contacted Valiant Air to get a second opinion and Bryan was able to come out the next day free of charge. In the end, Bryan was able to provide more than the other company was going to and his invoice only came to a fraction of the quote we received from them (other company). He was also able to do the repairs needed to the AC unit and furnace to get our AC running cold again during the appointment instead of rescheduling after the diagnosis. I called this mid-summer morning (a Tuesday), spoke to Zach, who put me on the schedule for this afternoon (withn about 4 - 6 hours of my call.) The other HVAC company I called couldn't come out before Friday without charging me an overtime fee. I was given a two-hour window and Bryan showed up within the first half-hour of the window. Bryan was amazing. He diagnosed my problems quickly, communicated clearly, showed me what was going on, addressed all issues immediately, and made sure my unit was functioning properly before he left - and it was being temperamental so he really made me comfortable by seeing my issues through.
