This is by far the BEST vacation rental I have ever had a uniquely great experience with. The owner Victor was super friendly and I was thoroughly impressed when he greeted us with pastelitas (Cuban pastries) as a welcoming gift. He gave us an official tour of the rental place located in Coral Gables in Miami. The decor was chic, everything was upgraded, and the place was visually appealing and beautifully done. He has all the accessories needed to complete every room you enter. He was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, as well as any of the popular spots in Miami as well. I never felt so secured and so safe with a vacation rental. You will be in good hands with him and his company. I will be using him again in the future.

Victor is the best Host ever! I recommend this to anyone in need of a short term rental in Miami. The house is very beautiful! Very spacious kitchen. A lot of ppl can fit in there and not feel claustrophobic. My favorite part is the game room! He has different types of games for different types of ppl. The place was very nice and clean, and easily accommodated my friends and I. The whole house is beautiful including the back patio, everything was the same as the pictures or better. Colleagues and I rented this property while we attended business meetings in the area. We were very happy with it. Clean, simple and easy checkin process. Victor the property manager was easy to work with and made sure our stay was a success. This property is very close to several great restaurants and bars, and is kid friendly. Our time at Victor's place was absolutely amazing! The house with a great fun patio terrace, was both spacious and spotlessly clean. Victor was great to work a vacation home rental agency with and gave us tons of tips to enjoy our stay. The house is very close/walkable to restaurants and grocery stores. Look forward to staying in one of Victor's Vacay Spot places again.

Very clean, spacious, nice set up. Easy entry…only thing we wish it had was a dishwasher…found a wine fridge but would be better suited with dishwasher. Host was always available and even sent our group local cuban pastries. Close to Homestead-Miami racetrack where we were for the weekend.

The space itself is so beautiful and well kept we all loved the modern vibe and very close to wynwood . The host Victor had awesome communication and answered any question we needed to ensure we enjoyed our stay at this awesome vacay spot.
