Vacay Spot

We loved staying at Victor’s place! The units were beautifully decorated and well equipped. Each room has unique decor and pretty neon lights. The kitchen had everything we needed and the laundry machines also worked great! The location was also great as it was close to everything we were visiting. Most importantly our host Victor was excellent at communicating and very friendly! He was so helpful at helping us every step of the way. I would be very happy to stay at Victor’s place again and I would recommend to anyone visiting Miami!

Victors property was perfect in many ways. Not only is it in the heart of Wynwood walking distance from restaurants and bars, the amenities were great! Our group really enjoyed the lounge area where we were able to BBQ, relax, and unwind. The airbnb was squeaky clean and was the perfect size for us. On top of all of that Victors tour guide pinpointed some great locations for food and helped us find some hidden gems in Miami. Victor was very responsive with anything we needed. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely contact him again for my next trip to Miami.

The house was beautiful everything with the perfect size for my party of 12. The house was nice and clean with extra linens. It was kid friendly with a great game room for their entertainment. The host was excellent. He was very quick responding to any problem or question we had. He was very helpful with everything. He was so nice, he even gave us complementary pastries that went very well with breakfast, and was very delicious. I will give place a 10 out of 10 and I will definitely be stay here when I visit Miami again. I have already recommended this place to a couple of friends. Thank you so much for a great stay in our home away from home 🥰

This place is the best. Spacious , very clean, with a very big kitchen, new bathrooms , the showers are to die for and the beds extremely comfy. Victor Barroso is always there answering promptly and sent us a tray of pastries for breakfast...delish!
Location is perfect, walking distance from many restaurants and stores.
We cannot recommend this place enough. Perfect for children and adults.
We will be coming back for sure!

This home was amazing. The two homes benefitted from having 20+ people to coordinate. It's a short drive from several fun spots for group activities. House was in tip-top shape, grill worked like a charm, and host was very curteous. If you're looking for your next vacation stay in Miami, book this home!

I absolutely loved vacationing at this home it was spacious and in a great location not far from anything I had to go do. Victor was very friendly I will definitely be visiting this home again!

Amazing experience here. Victor was very accommodating & helped us out with any questions! He’s right about flannigans too! There is a special every single day! Most of all the fresh pastries really were a hit amongst our group!! Would def book again.

Victor was a great host at Vacay Spot in homestead. He's very responsive the house is clean and the showers were awesome . The Luna sky terrace on the roof is a cool spot to chill out and relax

I would stay here again and would 100% recommend to my friends and family. There is also a grill that was clean for our staying! Additionally, the host is very kind and attentive. He surprised us with breakfast for the group and answered ever question very quickly!

One of the best Miami locations I've been at! Perfect (walkable) distance from Wynwood / Art District and
Midtown.

Great setup and environment for a group of people looking to enjoy the city.
I would definitely stay here again!!!
Victor was extremely responsive and friendly. Making sure we had everything needed and gifting us with some excellent pastries on top of it all. Great experience!
