I just want to get on here real quick to brag about my experience with the ups store at the shoppes at Rivertown. last week I had to return my AT&T router back to att and the experience I had with an employee named Abby was amazing first off when I went In I was greeted by Abby and told her that I needed to return this router she immediately knew what to do and made sure that I got all the necessary paperwork and the equipment sent off asap best experience I had in this store by far and will make sure that if Abby is working to make sure that she helps me with any future packages I need to send off hopefully someone from management gets this review and recognizes Abby for the amazing work she did to help me get my router sent off
