UPS store Rivertown

The Rivertown UPS store is my favorite. I use quite a lot, especially during the holidays. The employees are always friendly and very professional. If there’s a crowd, the line moves very fast. I live in the area so the location is ideal. I will continue to use their services.

We’re at this location often, usually dropping Amazon returns, and I happen to meet the owner who went above and beyond. Johns helpfulness and patience with my many questions regarding poster picture printing (also letting me borrow a sign stand) was appreciated. The birthday poster turned out beautifully and confirmed supporting a local businesses pays off.

Mistakenly arriving at this store on this end of CR210 two minutes before close, the staff welcomed and allowed me to fulfill my notary needs. Ana, Kylie, and Mikey devoted their attention to ensure required roles as witnesses and notary. Having locked the door while now performing after-hours service, the staff was attentive, friendly and accommodating despite whatever after work responsibilities awaited. This team was AWESOME!!! They’re now My Store!!!!

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a UPS store while visiting yesterday!!! This is easily the best location in St. Johns… likely all of Florida! Such friendly, helpful service - I will definitely be back!
