I have used Unique in the past. The crew has always been on time and they prepared the areas to be cleaned with protective pieces on the corners of the walls so that their equipment would not damage them. They were polite and easy to talk to and went about their work enthusiastically. Extra time was spent on difficult areas. I have always been satisfied with their work. They are the best.
