Unique Upholstery Carpet and Rug Cleaning

The carpets were cleaned really well in a timely manner. The staff were very professional and nice. Their prices are high and that’s the only negative point but everything was done to my satisfaction.

This was the second time I used Unique. The cleaning. Crew was on time, professional., moved all the furniture and then put it back in place. I had a minor problem a d they returned a d fixed it. I would definetly use them again.

They were excellent. We have had our carpet cleaned in the past and it came in nowhere close to the cleaning Unique did. I have never seen it so clean, saved us from buying new carpeting.

Very responsive. Did a large job, 3 bedrooms, area rug, 2 sectionals, ottomans. There were a few stains after the initial job that didn’t come out. I contacted Bena and she immediately called me back and sent her crew back out to try again. Some were able to be removed with a second cleaning. Service was efficient, crew was polite. No mess leftover.

This is the second time I have used Unique for upholstery cleaning for off white sofas.I must admit, they were quite dirty but the two service men, both conscientious and courteous, worked so hard to make sure they were as clean as possible before they left. I definitely recommend Unique.

The crew came to my home on the day scheduled and arrived on time with masks and booties. They completed the cleaning and decontamination for my 8x10 wool area rug, a 3x8 area rug, and a 3x4 area rug within 90 minutes. The bill was $248 - far less expensive and immediate service compared to previously used service providers. I highly recommend Unique!

I used this service 4 years ago and thought they were excellent but expensive. 2 years ago I tried another less expensive company. They did an ok job but now I’ve gone back to Unique, they are the best and worth the extra $$.
My 20 yr old carpet looks great.

The best cleaner to use if you have a pet- all stains come out and do not come back! The techs are polite, on time and very professional. I have used them for 10 years and wouldn’t use anyone else. Well worth the price- you get what you pay for. The “ bargain”cleaners just don’t do that.
