After several frustrating attempts to get a contractor to review my project proposal, I was contacted by Mr. Luis Mayoral, who inquired about the status of my efforts. Mr. Mayoral followed our phone interview with a personal visit to my residence. He inspected my project and provided recommendations for tailoring the work to my needs. Additionally, he provided more information which gave me a range of choices as to the best product for my budget.
Mr. Mayoral provided a structure of costs with attention to my status as a Senior Citizen and retired Viet Nam Veteran on a fixed income. He gave me further information as to how Underline Energy Concepts would tailor the project for maximum efficiency.
Highly skilled professional installers were onsite early and wasted little time in preparing the roof areas. I was given advice as to the condition of the exposed roof which showed more than just the already serious deterioration present. Underline Energy Concepts did all the paperwork, obtained the permits, and set up an ambitious, yet convenient, work schedule.
The actual project work, undertaken during the region's extreme hot weather, was a true eye-opener. The manner in which the installation teams showed up and proceeded with their work can only be equated to a US military operation or a professional sports team.
The installation teams worked extremely well together, with an uncommon precision that readily showed their superior expertise and skills which saw the entire project completed days ahead of schedule. The quality of their work, the minimizing of noise and trash was noted by the neighbors, as well as the city building inspector, who had praise for the way the work was performed and the finished product.
