Jesse from Underline Concepts was prompt dealing with my concerns and patient as it took almost 2 yrs for me to proceed. This company provided fast, quality install including engineering and permitting in a timely manner.

We used Underline Energy Concepts for a new roof and a solar installation. The roofing part was the most professional and efficient that I have ever seen. The roofers wasted absolutely no time at all. The solar installation part was also great. It was a relatively large system, it was installed very cleanly, and it is producing more than enough power for our high energy needs. The Underline team was very knowledgeable in the subject matter, and always responded to our technical inquiries.

Jesse was very helpful and answered all my questions. The installers Jeff and Sean were fast, and did a great job.

Short version: Underline is a solid outfit. Sal knows his stuff about solar. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Long version: We installed solar at our prior Palm Springs house, 2 years ago, and were very pleased with the result. When we moved to our new home here in Palm Springs we reached back to that same supplier for a quote. And another from a local solar company. Doing an online search, I discovered Underline Energy Concepts in Lake Elsinore. Had never heard of them and was leery of using someone not immediately local. They blew the estimates from the two local companies out of the water!

The earlier supplier was 15% higher; the other local firm was 50% higher priced.

However, the difference went way beyond price. Underline had everything IN STOCK (panels, batteries, etc), while the local companies said they'd have to order a battery and it...

Even though our project was set to start right at the onset of COVID, Underline Energy managed to start and finish the project, keeping me updated about delays and working on my schedule. It was a difficult time for business, I appreciate their availability to answer questions quickly.
