We bought a house three years ago and we couldn’t get any of the solar information that came with the house. It was upsetting, not knowing how much solar production we were making, and or if all the panels were working. One day, Michael knocked on our door and said That he could help in switching over the ownership of the system to us the new homeowners and get everything back online. When my inverter broke, they notify me right away and they immediately order a replacement for it. I didn’t have to call them. Michael came to replace and fix it as soon as he got the part. The customer service and follow up are unmatched - not just in the construction/building sector, but in customer-facing business as a whole. All of our expectations have been exceeded, from communication, scheduling, install, system performance and follow up. The care they take in the service they provide goes beyond our understanding - it would be easy to cut corners or skip steps since my husband and I aren’t familiar with the ins and outs of solar but we are still experiencing and learning the benefits almost a year after install.
