Booking the move went smoothly. Very smoothly. Everyone was very helpful and thorough.
The movers were also exceptional. George is a Gem.
My only complaint is, I still had things that needed to be loaded onto the truck but, the movers were in a hurry to get back to the location because the managers were leaving. The next day, I spoke with Michael , telling him, I needed to grab the remains objects and get them there. He advised, closing time was 4:30. I started calling at 3:00pm to let him know I’d be there before closing. No answer.
When I was, finally able to contact him at 3:45, I was told, the facility would be closed at 4:00.
I had to pay for another storage unit in Covington.
Very upsetting.
