Pricing was explained up front, including possible overage charges. My move ended up being about 1,000 pounds over the estimate for a three-bedroom house, so I’d suggest factoring in a little extra weight just in case, but even with that, everything was handled transparently and fairly. The overage put the move $800 above their estimation.
