the team were very pleasant and took care of all of our furniture. Office was asked if possible could time frame be set earlier, the guys finished up first move earlier than expected and was at house before original start time. I had spoke to her a few more times during the process and she was consistently patient and helpful. The movers who arrived to assist my elderly mom with her move provided her with additional support and help because this was such a big move for her. Two Guys had a very competitive price compared to other services, and their team was great to work with from the office when I called to the two movers that came to move my stuff. Very professional, fast but careful, and courteous. I would use them again, and would recommend them if you have to move. The move far exceeded our expectations.
We went into the relocation process a little hesitant because of some of the reviews online (of moving services in general). But the process was extremely seamless and efficient from the beginning to the very end.
The person who quoted us did a fantastic job 'walking through' the house and guesstimating the quote, and the packers came and conquered on packing day. I have yet to find a broken item (not that I am looking for them). Similarly, the actual moving team was beyond fantastic. They were informative, quick, and highly accommodating. At the time of the move, I was 7 months pregnant, and they didn't let me do anything. In fact, they were so helpful, professional and friendly that both my husband and I were a little sad to see them go.
