Two Men and a Truck came out on Saturday in the terrible weather. They were able to get everything loaded but by the time they arrived at my new location, the weather was just too bad. I had to change my moving date several times and the office personnel were very accommodating. The men arrived on time at the storage unit, went straight to work, and loaded the truck quickly. They arrived at our new location and unloaded all boxes and furniture quickly. Each box was put where I instructed them to put it and they were very careful with my furniture. I had a small, short distance move from a 1-bedroom apartment to a nearby townhouse. The team was able to load my furniture and boxes and unload everything within 2 hours. The move was made late in the day after another, larger moved so I appreciated their energy and willingness to finish in a timely manner. All done while still taking care with my furniture and placing everything in the rooms needed at the townhouse. It was a job well done and I will use them again if I have future move needs. A wonderful experience despite an a delayed start due to truck dispatched for my move breaking down. They worked diligently to get out another truck & crew and kept me updated on that process. Once the crew arrived, they were polite, personable, efficient, and FAST! My belongings were expertly wrapped and treated with care. Within 20 minutes of the crew arriving, the stress of the delay was forgotten. They were personable, jovial & energetic despite the extreme heat and I was their last move of the day. The movers were very professional and efficient. They worked quickly in the summer heat taking very few breaks when loading and unloading the truck. When they unloaded the truck, they put every thing where directed and helped me set up items that were too heavy to move by myself. These guys were awesome. Even though they had some scheduling issues that morning and were 30 minutes late, the total time it took to move was much lower than estimated and they removed the travel fee off my bill for the inconvenience. I paid a fraction of what I expected to and still got EXCELLENT service. Everything was wrapped up and taken care of so as not to damage it and these guys got some really heavy furniture down two flights of stairs lightning fast. They know what they're doing for sure!
