Patrick and Jake (? not sure of his name) were great. They were quick, but protected our furniture as if it was their own. Made 3 stops and were extremely nice to everyone on each stop, even helping to put a bedskirt on a bed before putting on the mattresses! Would highly recommend them to anyone moving. Read more >

I had a local move and used Two Men & a Truck. The movers were Keshawn, Jeffrey & Iacarez (I may have the spellings wrong). They were on-time, courteous, and actually enjoyed their job. The team that assisted me in my move executed their work in an efficient and well-thought out manner. They were communicative and tried to be mindful of the things I told them were important to me. I appreciated the care they took with my furniture and belongings. They had a couple of large pieces of furniture that had to be carried up a flight of stairs, which made this a challenging job. The move took longer than I expected, but it was mainly due to the time they took to wrap my furniture to ensure it would be protected. They came to me at the worst time possible. I had just moved cross country and everything that could go wrong, did. I tried to unpack my things from my truck alone and most of my things were rained on. Damaged boxes and furniture, these awesome guys came and rescued me and my things! They worked with my crazy situation and made it better! And fast! The fee was a fraction and they even went above and beyond by helping me with the furniture I destroyed. My local moving experience with Two Men and a Truck in Raleigh was exceptional!!! The team who assisted me consisted of Tevin, Trevon, and Ryan. They were extremely efficient and professional and took care to prevent damage to the property that I was leaving as well as the destination of my future home. They were also very polite, personable, and well-mannered.

They were on time within the quoted hour, they called when they were on their way, and they problem-solved well with regard to items that were difficult to move as well as with the setup process at both locations. I've moved several times over the years through the military, but this experience was second to none! The price came in hours below my quoted rate as well, which was an added bonus!
