Can't say enough about how smoothly this move went with Two Men and a Truck. The pre-move conversation with the staff went extremely well as we promptly received an estimate. Our 2 men were Derrick and Malik. They informed me of their arrival time 30 minutes ahead of time. Derrick was the crew chief and he was exceptionally professional and hard working, as was Malik. They took extreme care of the furniture making sure to wrap any item that might be damaged during the move and handled all items with care. The move was finished ahead of schedule and under estimate. I used Two Men & a Truck 16 years ago when I bought my house. I’ve never used anyone since. With this move we didn’t get estimates because we would not trust our home to anyone else. Matt was early for giving us an estimate and it was exactly what we expected! On the day of the move, Patrick and his crew arrived right on time and treated every box with TLC. When we got to our new house they unloaded the boxes in their respective room, assembled the beds and again handled every box with care. I was very pleased and satisfied with service provided by Two Men and a Truck - both with phone consultant/estimator and two men. This was a move that involved four locations: two local drop-offs (with addt’l pickup) and one final long distance drop-off. I appreciated Phil and Darius who were thoughtful in the details of handling my furniture and other belongings. They were very professional, courteous and maintained good communication throughout the various stops. They were knowledgeable and skillful with the furniture. Some of the furniture was being placed in storage and they did an excellent job wrapping and protecting it. All was done promptly and with cheerful courtesy in spite of it being a long hot day.
