Clay and Matt explained how the treatment of my yard works. They explained how they were going to treat my yard and hiwcthe chemicals work. I have yorkies so I was happy to hear that the chemicals would not harm them. After tge treatment they explain what they did and ehst they observed. They were very professional. There is so much to worry about as a new home owner and Shawn at Greenx is taking a big ticket item off my to do list. As a new home owner and someone that is new to the area, I need reliable pest control that is responsive, able to meet the changing pest control needs that my home will run into and someone that will be able to do it better than I will be able to. Greenx has checked all those boxes for me so far.

It’s great that this is a local company that knows what kind of pests are in the area, don’t use harsh chemicals, and have years of experience in treating pests. I have been very impressed by the service I have received so far and am looking forward enjoying my outdoor space without being overtaken by insects!

I reached out to TruX primarily due to the reviews on Google. There were a couple other businesses that I looked into, however I’m glad I didn’t go with the others.

I initially spoke to Hunter and he was extremely professional and explained the process well. He later put me in touch with Shawn Murphy, who arrived on time and completed my inspection, first treatment and explained about the various services offered (boy they offer a lot!)

The pricing of the services are reasonable and I signed up for the monthly services.

Today we had our initial treatment with Trux. Shawn M was wonderful. He took time to explain what he was doing, how this treatment might be different each time and that we can call if we have issues. He was so friendly and treated us like people not just customers to deal with then move on. That is a benefit of using a local company.

I had a great experience with Trux Pest Control at our new residence in Raleigh, NC. Had an opportunity to interact with one of the Route managers, Hunter, who was Professional,courteous and knowledgeable. All of which are not given with companies today. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Sean during our initial treatment. Sean is one of the co-owners and am very impressed with how they are a Service first company. It shows through every step of the process. If you are looking for pest control at your home in Johnston or Wake counties, I would give TruX Pest Control serious consideration.

Just had my 90-day Trux service and the two technicians they sent out were exceptionally professional and personable, very nice to talk to and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was satisfied with the service, which I DEFINATELY am, and their service is far superior to that of Terminex. Shout out to Clay and Levi, hope to see you both next time around!!!

Trux was amazing! They came to my house and quickly got rid of our mouse issue in our garage. They did a quick review of the area, pin pointed exactly where there was mice activity, put out some bait for them to eat and within 10 days there were no signs of mice anywhere in our garage. They did a follow up after 14 days to confirm the bait was being eaten and put some more down just incase there were a few straglers. Highly recommend. They are prompt, explain everything they need to do in detail and get fast results.

Outstanding first visit. Our Granddaughter works in the Pest control industry so we knew what to expect. Clay not only met those expectations but exceeded them. I’m giving a four-star review mainly due to the ongoing issue with earwig bugs in my house and multiple red ant piles around my property. However, I want to highlight that Clay, the technician who treated my home last, was fantastic. He was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and was always available to answer any questions I had, whether via call or message. His customer service was excellent. While I’ve been happy with Clay’s work, the pest issues still persist, so I’m unsure about renewing my service with TruX for another year.
