I just moved to North Carolina from the North East. I immediately noticed the number and size of the insects was very different. TruX has made the process of controlling bugs around my townhouse so easy. Shawn applied my first treat today. He was super knowledgeable, and equally professional and pleasant. And he was in and out within an hour!

I called around a lot of pest companies came across TruX they were the only ones I trusted. When I first called them, they stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes explaining what they do what they offer and calming me down in the situation I was in. The next day they were at my house, helping me remediate my mice problem that I have currently in my home. Max was the rep that came out and helped me! He walked me through the whole process of what he is doing where the traps are located and also sprayed my house for any further bugs or insects. I cannot recommend them enough!

I've been meaning to book with Tru X for a while and so glad I did. My prior pest company did not treat my children's outdoor playsets. I was thrilled to see our tech Max make sure our kiddos outdoor swing sets were examined and sprayed for pests. Max was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and I am so glad I found Tru X pest control !

The TruX team was phenomenal from start to finish. From the initial consultation with Crystal to the services provided by the technician Maxwell. Not only was he kind and professional, but he was efficient. Maxwell explained everything so well and took immediate action in handling what could have easily become a home wasp invasion. The fact that he was able to come out the same day we contacted TruX made us feel valued and we will definitely continue to use their services to keep pests to a minimum inside and outside of our home.

I contacted Tru X to eliminate the plethora of ants that were plaguing our home and yard. Max showed up promptly on the day of my initial service and explained the whole process thoroughly and in terms I easily understood. He answered all of my questions in detail and addressed every concern I voiced. It’s been two weeks since the first service with seemingly no ants to be found. Quite happy wuth the results. Mike was absolutely fantastic!! He was very kind, explained things thoroughly, and went above and beyond! When checking inside my house he let me know that my fireplace flue was open and that was likely were the hornets were coming in from. I had no idea! He then treated my entire yard, AND knocked down multiple wasp nets and spider webs!

As someone who is deathly afraid of all bugs, bees, wasps, spiders, etc., I couldn't be more appreciative! I've only seen one outdoor palmetto bug on the porch since he left and it was D E A D!!!! Lets go!! I'm really excited and hopeful to finally have a Summer and Fall season where none of those ugly little buggers get inside the house!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

New homeowner here. Hunter w/Trux showed up at my own right on time asking if I had a provider for pest control. Considering a recent bout with ants, Hunter answered all of my questions about the local pests to be concerned with, what’s been reported in the neighborhood and most importantly could provide service immediately as in same day as service was set up!!
