I'm experiencing problems with gnats in my condo. Clay was my technician. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and patient. Clay explained the process so I would know what to expect. I met Max today. He came to my new home to give me an estimate and explained all that I would need to know to make a decision in regards to pest control. So happy we went with TruX! Clay came out to our home today and performed a new customer inspection and treated the exterior of the house and garage. Clay was knowledgeable, friendly, and offered good advice and excellent customer service.

This is my first time I’m using Trux pest control. Clay did a great job. Very knowledgeable and professional he took his time and made sure everything was taken care of. After he’s done, he checked back with me to see If I had anything else. This is what true customer service looks like. I highly recommend them. As of today, we have a contract going forward.

If you are looking for someone to treat for termites, look no further!! Shawn is so knowledgeable and gave us an excellent plan for putting an end to our termites. I had four estimates and he made me feel the most at ease for taking on this task. He found termite tunnels that others missed and he was even the most cost effective. He will save you time, money and worries. I can tell you bad stories from my other inspections but I will just be brief and say go with TruX!!
We will also be using them for pest in the future, they do all they can to inform you and help you make the best choice.

Mike did an excellent job handling our termite issue. He was extremely thorough, professional, and very easy to work with from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable and detail-oriented. I would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone dealing with termites and would gladly recommend him to everyone in the neighborhood. Great service all around!
