I was hesitant to start a cleaning service, but after 4 months of these hard working ladies coming over, my house is cleaner than it’s ever been. Now, I wish I could afford to have them come more often. They have become essential to my life. Every time they come it seems like they do a new deep cleaning task, so it just gets progressively cleaner and cleaner. The other day they pulled all the cushions off my giant couch and vacuumed every inch. There were vacuum lines on my couch! I didn’t even want to sit on it bc it was so clean and pretty. They clean things I wouldn’t even think to clean.

Our team of ladies, Naomy and Iris, are wonderful. They are very thorough and detailed in their cleaning. We both work from home so they are flexible to work around our meeting schedules for the day. I hired them for a move out cleaning, I did specify the more detailed option as after emptying my 2bed/1bath duplex of 2yrs (as a single mom with a 5yr old and 2 cats) the place was embarrassingly dirty and in need of a lot of cleaning. They communicated via text, email, and phone which I appreciated their extra communication. They did assess and say they need to extend to a Deep Clean, more hours, and an additional cleaner. They worked with me to just pay an additional flat rate to my already quoted estimate and they guarantee it'd be completed, I agreed. They were nice, professional, contacted me when they found some random items I'd forgotten in a drawer. The regular cleaning is always very good, and the house smells clean when I come home from work. But TODAY, I came home for lunch, and the house smelled clean, but I noticed that every room was vacuumed, the kitchen floor was swept and washed. Then I saw that they made swans out of folded bath towels and put it together to look like the swans were forming a heart and placed it on the bed, and folded the cloth napkins on the dining room table to look like rosettes. Requested a quote for residential. Got a text with a link to 6-month contract that includes their right to cancel at any time, a prohibition against leaving them bad reviews, and a $3k ”referral bonus” if any of their employees clean my house over the course of the next two years for any reason (like if they quit and work for a competitor —- guess they want us checking the IDs of their staff?) It's legally absolute nonsense but tells me all I need to know about them. Very ironic name for this insanely unprofessional, poor quality, and terrible cleaning company. This company is a joke, had a simple move out clean and they added an extra charge to clean the grout on the shower and still couldn’t get it clean. Also didn’t clean the refrigerator and stove even though those are standard services that are included in their “package”. When I got back to the property when they were done the place smelled like cigarettes and our brand new laundry detergent was gone!
This company is just dispatch office that sub contracts tweaker cleaning crews that don’t care about delivering a good service. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!! Read more >

TLDR: Incomplete job, lack of professionalism.

Hired this company for a move-out clean. Two cleaners showed up and took 5+ hours to clean a 2K sf house. At the final walkthrough, many spiderwebs were still up in corners, they forgot to wipe down baseboards in the kitchen and family room (which they did after realizing it), and kitchen cabinet fronts were not wiped down thoroughly (which they did when I pointed it out). Everything seemed like a rush job, which is baffling because it took so long. At the end, one of them just said “we’re leaving” and they left without vacuuming the living room. Read more >
