Trustworthy Cleaning Services

Se have been with trustworthy for many months now.
Our original agreement with the company was that the same team would return so that there would be no need to explain what and how the home needed to be cleaned.

After being told it would not be a problem, the company continued to send different crews over snd over again until we met Edith Rocha and Yessica Cruzado who held a standard of excellence and accountsbility we had not yet found in any other crew.

This team is quick eficiente friendly and follows instructions. If we could hire this crew independently of the company under whom they are employed we would pay the full rate in advance.

Great crew, the company has been given many chances to show a basic level of professinalism but has failed over and over again.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER - I haven't even utilized their services before and I was charged the total amount. The person didn't show for the scheduled cleaning so I contacted the company by telephone. The person answering my call was very flippant and told me they rescheduled services for Monday. At the least, this company is not respectful of my time. They did a great job the first time and over time the standard went down. We eventually canceled service because items kept getting broken and the quality went down. Was really hopeful at first.

My husband says I have high standards when it comes to cleaning services. We have multiple pets and when I clean I'm looking for someone to see those little things so I don't have to. I wasn't home when they came for the first deep clean since I was at work for 11 hours before I got to speak to my husband. I asked how it was, and he said he thought I would be happy. When I walked into our home, I almost cried. The amount of detail in the clean was impeccable! We both couldn't believe how great of a job they did. Update: We were not happy with our last cleaning. They did a great job cleaning the house but they opened up all our windows and closed the blinds over them causing our AC to work overtime for days before we discovered it. They also moved everything I mean everything around. Not happy! Read more >

After speaking with the company and confirming their services for new construction cleanings, my experience with them quickly deteriorated, leading to what I can only describe as the worst customer service encounter I’ve ever had with a cleaning company. Despite providing a detailed explanation of the requirements, I received multiple daily calls from them, asking repetitive questions and making the process unnecessarily complicated.

On the scheduled day for cleaning, they attempted to reschedule multiple times, showcasing a lack of professionalism and respect for my time. The situation worsened when, upon their departure, I discovered that not only was the job incomplete, but the areas they had ‘cleaned’ were left in a deplorable state. I am updating my previous review that can be found below because Trustworthy Cleaning has not proven to be trustworthy at all. Although I was finally contacted after my initial review, as of today I have yet to receive the refund that they offered. According to the email that I received on Feb. 13th (almost one month ago), "To proceed with the refund of the balance of $150, our Billing Team will need to charge $210 and refund to you the full amount of $360." In summary, I was told I would receive a refund of $150 but their billing team is unable to figure out to how provide the refund without charging my card again which I have refused. Absolutely horrible .
I took the move out cleaning .
First of all they had turned on the faucet and left the house when there was no water .
They said they vacuumed the house but it was not at all clean . The Legos, the dust, hair , everything was on the carpet .
The vinyl flooring has not been cleaned or mopped properly . I could see all the stains even after mopping.

They cheated me by asking me to pay 455$ when they did absolutely nothing . And I paid the same.

I hired this company for a deep clean. Inside windows were not cleaned. Two blinds not cleaned. Base boards not cleaned. Cleaning material took off permanet color on my stove . Blinds that they did clean were half cleaned. They rushed in and ran out of house not even telling me they were leaving. They did not speak English so could not communicate with then. In addition was asked to pay additional $100.00. The worst is over $160.00 was stolen out of my purse which was in my bedroom. No one has even once tried to contact me. DO NOT USE THIS company! Absolutely horrible experience. They broke my storm door and denied it, left trash in my garage, and used my cleaning supplies instead of theirs.

Before they started, I asked them to focus on the bathtubs, walls (since we needed to paint and the walls were dusty) and the window sills. I told them not to worry about cleaning the stove since we were going to trash it.

I get a text an hour or so saying they couldn't get the deep clean done and wanted more money to finish. I politely declined and told them we would finish whatever was left. They said they were goin to focus on kitchens and bathrooms in the time remaining.
