I was happy with the cleaning service that Trustworthy Cleaning service provided for my move out of an apartment. I would recommend them.

Our apartment was in need for a deep cleaning. I would say Trustworthy was up to the job and then some. They did everything from deep scrubbing the bathtub, to getting the cat hair out of the stove top, to even tidying up our beds and making the Kleenex tissues look all fancy. The deep cleaning is worth it for the price. I will be giving them my business every 2 weeks for a biweekly cleaning as long as i'm in Austin.

The apartment looked great! They are great cleaners. The office is good at communicating and keeping you updated on any schedule changes.

I was blown away today by the amazing service my family and I received today. My husband and I have 6 children and we are never home because of work. Embarrassing to say, our home was a FILTH!!! We arrive home so tired and I work 6 days a week so we never have enough time or the energy to clean. I’m so thankful we picked the right cleaning service and that they got the job done. We’ve used Trustworthy for a few months now after becoming frustrated with a different service. So far it’s been a much better experience. They work with our schedule well and do a thorough job. They are punctual and have not cancelled or rescheduled us yet, something we experienced often with our old service. Highly recommend.

I have been using Trustworthy Cleaning for the past 3 months bi-weekly for my house of 2,300 Sq ft. The initial deep service was just amaizing they cleaned the baseboards by hand, dust all the ceiling fans (5), my kitchen is spotless and they do small things that other companies don't do. Like, they wipe my trash cans when they take the trash out. I have wood floors and they knew how to take care of them, when some other employees for another company they use too much water. They are professionally trained. Team #5, the best!! The cleaning crew change my bedsheets when I leave them on top of the bed and they have the time to put them in the washer when instructions are given. The customer service is so nice they help me when ever I need to re-schedule or do a last minute appointment when I have guest specially with the holidays. Due to it being the holidays, my parents were coming in from out-of-town so I needed my apartment cleaned fast. Bella moved heaven and earth and arranged for cleaning service the very next day. Not only that, but due to my coming and the 2 little dogs I let run the house, the place was in HORRIBLE shape - much worse than I thought.
