I have really enjoyed working for Trusting Connections Nanny Agency of Tucson. It offers me the flexibility to work and be a mom. The training procedure supplied a lot of very important information and there is always someone in the office to help with any questions. We've been using this the Flex Plan for a little over a year now. It gives us a piece of mind when we need back-up childcare to our regular nanny. We've been very pleased with the quality of caregivers that have been sent to our house and our kids instantly love them. They are attentive, adapt to your routine easily and are very active and engaging with the kids. The process is easy and the agency is professional and caring - working with us in very tight turnaround times when needed. I highly recommend this agency!
