Anthony makes replacing faucets look so easy - I imagine I could do it - but I KNOW BETTER! I have called Mound Mechanical out twice to replace faucets (regular kitchen/sprayer and RO dispenser) and on both occasions he was on time, careful of my home, and did exactly what I asked of him. I was able to get an appointment very soon after I called - he came to Reading (01867) and I rec0mmend his work

Anthony was recommended to me by a friend. Our furnace stopped working on Sunday and he came by and fixed it (note that it was "fixed" by another plumbing company previously). It's been a few weeks and it's still working. Hopefully this will continue to work. Anthony and his guys installed a tankless wanted heater for me. They got the job done in a timely manner. They were clean and very professional. Would definitely hire again!

Anthony, the owner, was great. He showed up exactly on time for the consultation and walked me through every step of what needed to be done. We are installing a gas line from our house to a built in grill and outdoor fire place so there are a lot of moving parts. He coordinated with our builder to make sure everything would
be done seamlessly. When it came time to do the work, he again arrived right when he said he would and got promptly to work. He completed everything exactly as promised, in a timely manner and was cheaper than the other plumber we had considered hiring. I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone who may need a plumber due to his professionalism and his very reasonable pricing.

I had the luxury of shopping around at a variety of options for my water heater replacement / upgrade since it was just end of life and not broken. Compared to another 4-5 quotes, Mound came in way lower, did the job quickly and professionally, and the water heater works flawlessly a couple of weeks in. Since moving into my place 3 years ago, I've had issues on and off with my Navien water heater. I've had other companies claim to "repair" this issue in the past, but perform dishonest work. Thankfully I found Mound Mechanical. They responded quickly to my request, arrived on time, and provided an honest assessment of the situation. They then fixed the outflow on the flue vent for my unit to enable proper exhaust and improve the function of the heater. They performed the work quickly and efficiently, and didn't charge me the full amount provided in the estimate, since the repairs took less time than initially scheduled. My unit is finally working seamlessly for the first time since I moved! Big thanks to Mound for providing honest quality work. I'd highly recommend working with them.

Anthony installed a new, wall-hung, Lochinvar Noble, 95% efficient boiler with a 40 gallon storage Heat-Flo tank. He also replaced a very old mercury thermostat with an Ecobee smart WIFI thermostat.
