One thing that makes me decide to work with a company is if they answer the phone or return phone calls. Lorena answered the phone right away when I was gathering information on the companies available in town to help me with cleaning our AirBNB. I called two other companies with no answer and no return phone call. Lorena was wonderful to speak with and happily answered all of my questions. Her team member that came to clean showed up on time. He was professional and did a fantastic job. Lorena has scheduled all of the dates that I have needed without hesitation and has clear and open communication. I have full confidence that my space will be taken care of and I will not have to worry about a cleaning not being completed. I am very fortunate to have found this great company in Flagstaff.
