I had an excellent move, although it was kind of complicated. I was already impressed with their promptness. They were all three, so professional and efficient! I was delighted from beginning to end. The office staff and the estimator were also very efficient.

We had Zach and Jeremiah for our move. They were wonderful!! I have nothing negative to say. It started to pour rain and they never slowed down. All of my items were protected and what did get wet was wiped down before it was brought into my new home. Super satisfied!

Needed an upright piano and a cabinet moved from my parents to me, and a sideboard moved across the room at my home. Super easy scheduling process and Chris Knowles was courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating in every way possible. The 2 guys were able to pick up early, which was great, they acted professionally and took good care in wrapping and moving the piano. They were also very polite and courteous and didn't waste any time getting the job done when loading and when unloading. I wish I remembered their names! I will definitely use True Friends again for my moving needs. Great work guys!!

I genuinely had a great experience with Zach and Will- I will admit it is pricey (it did go over my budget), but I got peace of mind because I didn't have to worry about moving heavy furniture from my 2nd floor apartment. They were also true gentlemen and were very efficient, so it was worth the expense.

I reached out to True Friends to help pack for a move. Zach and Will were amazing. Friendly, professional, and fast. My furniture is wrapped, all of my belongings are packed and ready to be moved. I wish they were also handling all aspects of the move because I know it would be done very well; however, I booked packing after I booked the movers on each end of the move. If you are looking for a move, use True Friends. My experience was great, and I have heard others say the same.

The movers worked quickly and well. They covered our black furniture to prevent marks from appearing during the move. When the condo is finished, we wanted to have them transport our stuff from the garage into the residence. They made everything possible, whatever we asked for!

Yesterday, True Friends Moving Company representatives Cameron & Jeremiah helped with relocating pieces of furniture from storage to my home. These pieces of extremely heavy and awkward to move. I want to compliment Cameron and Jeremiah on their care and ingenuity in addressing corners, rails and stairwells. They reached out with an advanced call alerting me to their estimated time of arrival. This is always much appreciated. They were very friendly and polite as well. What a great group of people! Ramon from the office immediately responded to me when I emailed them about the move. They called me, and after having a conversation, I decided to choose three movers. The boys arrived on time, were polite and professional, and were very careful while handling our things. Even helped move some things around when we reached our new house. I would certainly tell my family and friends about them.

Byron and Corey were amazing. They were fast, friendly and moved everything with care. They called when they said they would and made sure we didn’t need any last minute packing supplies. They wanted to make sure we got everything we could to our new home. They did a great job and getting all the large items put in all the new rooms in our house. I’m so thankful we hired them. Would refer to anyone.

Our family was moved and packed by an excellent team that kept costs down. Mathew was a great leader with a humble nature. Amazingly got the big truck around a sharp turn and into our driveway. No doubt! I would hire them again.

The team at Tue Friends Moving were absolutely terrific..they showed up on time, very professional,worked non stop the whole time and very resonably price..my furniture is very heavy and the handled everything with care with steps and doorways..will definately use them in the future

Chris and DeVonte were polite and punctual. They called 45 minutes before they came and worked quickly to get the move done. They were careful with the items and showed any items that may have had previous damage before they moved the items.
