True Friends Moving

True Friend's Moving Co was great! The time got pushed back later in the afternoon, but they made up for it by being swift and careful with all of my things. They even took the time to have quick conversations with us while they came and went from the apartment. (Not all movers will take that kind of time to be personable) I would definitely use them again and I will recommend them to others.

I used True Friends because they had a great deal on #Groupon for the first two hours of moving. Justin and Brian did a great job loading and then unloading my seemingly endless number of tubs, boxes, and furniture at a speedy pace. On top of that, they were extremely polite and I would recommend everyone use them. The only thing I would have done differently would be giving a LOT more detail about how much stuff I actually have when setting the appointment. Both I and the operator who took my call underestimated the time and space required to pack the truck, but luckily Brian and Justin used ninja Tetris skills to make everything fit and do the best they can to accommodate me. I apologize to the next appointment to which I surely made them late!

Just moved from Antioch to Gallatin and my service was awesome! Brian and his tall work buddy (sorry, bad with names) were efficient, professional and very courteous. Would definitely recommend True Friends.

Very professional, fast, courteous & handled our belongings with ultimate care. I didn’t see a nick or scratch on our belongings, walls, ceilings, nor door frames (we’ve had this problem in the past with other movers). I can’t say enough about them. I’m terrible with names but I believe it was Brian & Jared. They deserve special recognition for a job well done!!

First time working with True Friends. I've coordinated several family member moves with another company for almost ten years but a really bad experience had me searching for a new company dedicated to customer service. True Friends Moving handled my recent move and were truly professional movers. My team - Justin, Steven and Bryan - were awesome. The move consisted of 3 locations across 200 miles with very large furniture and challenging corridors and doorways. They did a great job, no damage, worked fast and was very courteous. I have found my new preferred movers and would highly recommend them.
