This company represents the embodiment of what a local moving company should be.As they raise the bar in customer service and customer fulfillment. Everyone knows how upsetting and complicated moving can be, however, True Friends Moving Company (swiftly and inexpensively) made all of my worries totally disappear! I can definitely say that Nashville True Friends are true friends of mine. I just helped my younger sister move in to a new apartment in Nashville; and trying to find a fast, easy, and affordable moving company around the area was concerning. I was surprised how affordable it was compared to other moving companies around today. I thought we were going to have to pay an extreme price, but with Nashville True Friends we saved so much WOW.

Big thanks to Tony and Brandon as they made my moving experience last week completely stress free. True Friends moved our whole house from Mt Juliet all the way to Franklin in less then 5 hours and not one thing got damaged. Great moving company. I have dealt with BAD moving companies in the past and it was an awful exspiereince, a lot of my stuff was ruined. Cautiously, I decided to give it one more shot since I lived on the 3rd floor and needed help. I am very impressed by True Friends, they packed and unpack all my items and not one piece was damaged in the move. The workers were friendly, reliable, and fast. If you need a moving company this is the absolute best one I have forund so far. I'll be reccomendeing them to everyone.

Excellent movers with big-time hearts! I was recently in the position of having to arrange and help my mother move in Nashville. This was difficult for me as I don't live in the area. I knew that I didn't want to contract with a national mover because I have had some bad experiences in the past. I started doing some research and found True Friends Moving Company. What a great company with caring and kind employees. They quoted me a fair price and this didn't change at the end of the move. In fact, it ended up being just a little bit LESS because the movers were so efficient. The movers showed up on time and got things done with nothing getting scratched or broken. If you don't want to get ripped off and are looking for a moving company that will treat you and your belongings with respect, give these guys a shout.

Moving is already such a hassle, then dealing with unprofessional movers just adds to the chaos, but a friend of mine suggested I look into True Friends Moving to help with my move, and I could not be more satisfied! The company treated me very well from the first interaction until the move was completed. The workers were professional, caring and considerate of my moving situation. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants to eliminate the insanity that is involved in moving.

Last week I ran into a problem with the moving company I had scheduled to get my tenant moved. I called around and True Friends Moving was able to juggle their schedule and fit me in. My tenant was already packed but didn't have moving blankets to cover the furniture, etc. The movers had everything with them and they were very careful to wrap the furniture and large pictures carefully. They got the truck packed up with lightening speed and did it all in one trip. The tenants said they did not have one single broken item and not one single scratch. The guys even set up their huge, heavy dining room table. I am VERY thankful to the guys and True Friends Moving for their help. :)

True Friends Moving really helped me out of a jam when I was moving. I was moving from a second-floor apartment to my very first home. I had a lot of furniture to get out of my apartment, but the only way to get back and forth was by stairs. As a single woman, 5’2 120 pounds, I knew I wouldn’t be able to tackle it alone. When they arrived, both men were professional, polite, and clean-cut. They politely greeted my daughter and I, and then immediately got to work. I’m a software Engineer and recently I got a handsome Salary job in another city so I had to move. It was obvious that I alone, could not handle whole shifting so I had to call some movers. We had our move on July 19 in South Nashville, and this was the second time we've chosen True Friends. Everything went great! Very pleased with our moving guys.

Justin and Alfred did a great job moving today! They were extremely friendly and very efficient. Great job guys.

We initially went with True Friends because Chris was by far the easiest mover to work with on getting the appt set up. No need for lengthy forms or multiple phone calls. On moving day, Ben and Chase were extremely professional and efficient. Despite the elevator situation being less than perfect, they managed to still get everything in as quickly as possible. Will definitely be my go to for movers as long as we're in Nashville.

James and Alfred did a great job moving our furniture from the top floor to the basement. Would use them again!
