Paul and Kerry were awesome. They were punctual, professional, and fast! They maneuvered my couch through several tricky doorways like it was nothing, and managed my move from a one bedroom apartment to a three bedroom house in 2.5 hours. We moved in early August 2015. We set everything up several weeks before and was told they would be there between 8:30-9:30. I got a call from Carlos at 8:45 and told me exactly what the GPS was giving him as an arrival time. They were right on time. It happened to be a day in which it rained... A lot... the whole move. Carlos and his partner (didn't talk much, I think he was new) worked diligently throughout the day. We scheduled a load and unload move and I took up their entire day. They gave no complaints and never slowed up (they did take a 15 minute smoke break twice and the breaks were justly deserved). Carlos came into the apartment which was on the second level with about 15 steps and sized it up quickly. They were only there to handle the furniture which I couldn't do on my own. They shrink wrapped all of our glass and wood furniture in blankets and were very...

I have moved a lot but I have to say the best experience I have had with movers was with true friends.Chris set up my reservation and it was easy and he explained all the details and gave me a great quote.I was also sent a confirmation email confirming it all. When I had additional questions Chris emailed me in return very quickly. All the information made my move so much easier. They provide EVERYTHING!! Donovan and George were awesome! They got it all moved fast and efficiently. Best yet, nothing was damaged!! I called several movers in the area before I booked and I wasn't sure what I paying for with most of them but True Friends gave me a direct price and there were no surprises, not to mention it was the best price out there!
