They showed up a little later than I was expecting but there was communication the whole way.

The two guys were very quick and efficient. My bed was dragged on to the ground and it left a stain and some mulch but that was the only downside I had. I didn’t make a claim or report it because it had been a few days before i saw it.

If you’re looking for quick and inexpensive movers in Middle TN, these guys are great. Pay with a check or cash because they charge a 3% fee for a card. I had a check to pay but i wouldn’t have minded paying by card either.

This is the second time I've used True Friends and it will be the company I use in the future! They are always time, and work with your schedule. They are fast, efficient and everything is packed and wrapped and protected during the move. And you couldn't ask for a nicer group of guys!!.

Like most people I hate moving, in fact I had been dreading my most recent move for weeks. I hired True Friends Moving after being referred from a friend. Chris and Malcolm showed up on time, with great attitudes and ready to work. I am very pleased with the job they did and if I ever move again I want them to be my movers!

Shane and Justin where amazing! Best decision I made moving. I was scared to try a moving company again after a terrible experience and these guys completely changed my mind. Even though I was stressed with moving they made it such an easy experience even when everything else seemed to go wrong. Would definitely recommend to anyone who would ask if they need to move!

This company is the best around as the guys that came out were awesome! My expectations were exceeded and really made light of an all day move. Big thanks to Chris and Ben for being efficient and careful but still hustling to get it completed faster than I ever thought. We made our move to Mt Juliet a breeze and even though I do not plan on moving again, I will certainly recommend you to all my friends : )

This has been a stressful undertaking for me and my family and it felt really good knowing your company had this part of it under control. I want to specifically recognize Adrian and Reggie for the amazing job that they did painstakingly caring for and loading our furniture. They took great care in making sure that our items were protected and explained what they were doing as they went. They even rearranged the load twice to make sure that that we got every possible item we could fit on the truck.
