While this was not an inexpensive move, I had a great experience with True Friends. My move was complicated by construction at my apartment complex and the gentlemen who helped us pack and move were very flexible and understanding in dealing with a downtown Nashville apartment complex! They worked as efficiently as possible and were very pleasant and positive through the whole experience.

The move was seamless! They showed up on time, took care of our possessions and were very quick.

Anthony and Jeremiah were very friendly, professional, and were very willing to work around our dogs.

The packing staff actually cared about doing a good job and were extremely considerate and helpful.

They came In accessed the situation, and went to work.
We needed a full pack and move; they carefully boxed up all of our belongings, by room.
Then when we got to the new house they unloaded just as carefully, boxes in there correct rooms, along with the furniture.

The movers did an outstanding job packing and were being careful with our bedroom set. They did a great job! However, it is a bit expensive when they add the $199.00 service charge, just for driving to the pickup spot. It is already $199.00 per hour to pack and move your furniture, could do without the added $199.00 just to get to the house.

Overall, the prices were fair and consistent with the market. They also provide a wide range of services to stand out from the competition.

I can’t begin to tell you how good this moving experience was. From the time I first called I got the information I. Ended, when I needed it, and in a totally thorough, professional and friendly way. There were no surprises (unless you count how unexpectedly smoothly everything went), the cost was reasonable, the movers came on time and did everything efficiently and carefully. And the movers were smart, genuinely nice guys who had a great attitude and real knowledge. If I ever have a move in Nashville again I won’t hesitate to call Two Friends.

True Friends Moving is a great company. They helped me with my long distance move and it was a great experience.
