Overall we had a great experience with True Friends for our local move a few days ago. Nick and Adrian were professional and moved quickly, even though Adrian wasn't feeling too good. When I booked with Chris, I was told they'd arrive around 9am, which they did so that was a great start! I used a groupon which they accepted with no issues. I only have one complaint, which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. We didn't realize until the next morning that the side rails for my bed (queen size) and my son's (full size) had been switched when they reassembled our beds. Our beds are the same color but it was very noticeable on my son's bed because the footboard was way out from the end of the mattress. I have a hard time believing the guys didn't notice it was wrong before they left. My son and I were able to switch them back. Not especially difficult, but a hassle to deal with on top of...

I recently had the pleasure of working with this company. I had very bad experience with previous moving company’s, Justin and Bryan put my concerns to rest after they showed up on time, they were very professional and caring about our stuff. The moving process was competing on time and my furniture arrived without damage. I will definitely work with this guys again and recommend them to all my friends.

This was our 4th and final move to our new home. They moved us out of our old house into storage, then to an apartment, out of the apartment and finally today out of storage. We did have one piece of furniture that was damaged but Chris the owner of the company has done everything to make it right. He is sending someone out to repair the damage on Wednesday. We understand accidents happen and appreciate the prompt attention to our damaged and getting it corrected. All in all a good experience with this company.

Jeremy and Nathan did a Fantastic job moving me from my third floor apartment using an elevator to My new apartment. Nothing was damaged and very cost friendly.

True Friends moved me from my one bedroom apartment to a storage unit. The movers Jeremy and Brandon did a fantastic job!!! The best part is they kept me under their two hour minimum!!!!!!!! Our movers Landan & Donnie, were absolutely amazing! They packed and unpacked like men on fire, but they were meticulous in their care for our former home, our new home, and all of our possessions. I will definitely recommend True Friends to my friends that may need help in the future.
