We had a great experience with True Friends. Nathan and Pierre were magnificent. They worked fast and hard the whole move. Both picking up our stuff in Nashville and dropping our stuff off in Cincinnati they were on time and gave us plenty of notice. Any issues that came up they dealt with swiftly and professionally. The only issue is payment. It’s hard to get around having to use a credit or debit card (which comes with a 3% fee) because you aren’t totally sure how much time it will take so getting a cashiers check is almost impossible and out of state moves you can’t use personal checks. Other than that little annoyance everything was awesome. The right price, the right people, A GREAT STRESS FREE MOVE! Thank you Nathan and Pierre!

The movers were awesome! They were personable and professional. They were prompt and moved things with speed but were very careful with furniture. We felt very comfortable with them and would highly recommend them. Great job!

BRIAN and NICK are absolutely the best movers here! They loaded and unloaded my extremely heavy "castle" furniture (along with all the other heavy/big things) and NEVER once complained. They even had a big move already today and still had great positive attitudes, joking and creating awesome conversation with us. They were so careful with everything and definitely took pride in their job. I will hire this company again the next time I move and will be requesting this team then. They were a joy to move with! This was our second time using True Friends and they never disappoint. Jacob and Jeremy went above and beyond for us. They were the hardest two workers I’ve ever seen. Extremely efficient, polite, and took extra precautions to protect our belongings as well as the walls and doors as they were moving things. They took charge as soon as the arrived and began working diligently. We will always recommend True Friends to everyone and we will always request Jacob and Jeremy for future moving endeavors.

Justin and Brandon were awesome! They were true professionals that got my full 10×15 storage unit loaded on the truck in 1 hour and unloaded at my house within about an hour. This move was for the equivalent of a 1500 sq ft home. As a realtor, I will definitely recommend TFMC to all my clients for their moving needs.
