They showed up early to the move - worked hard from the time they got there until it was loaded and unloaded. Corey and Carl clearly have years experience moving and it showed with their attention to detail.

They were incredible! Donnie and Jeremy went out of their way to be quick, courteous, and helpful. Great company!

Great experience from start to finish. We had a short distance to move but a lot of stuff and wanted help with the big items and as many boxes as we could have ready. The crew was courteous and efficient, which is much appreciated when you are paying by the hour. It was a hot day and I felt like I needed to tell them I wouldn't be upset if they needed longer than a minute for water as they just kept trucking. They also didn't mind me helping pull smaller items off the truck myself to keep things moving.

Our movers, MIKE and JERRY, deserve special appreciation for moving an antique upright piano 50 feet across my house. Certain angles were tight and it truly didn't look like it would work. The guys did a great job getting everything sorted and loaded. They reassured me everything would fit in my storage unit, and were very efficient with their work. I will definitely be using them again.

Fast & careful even with our Piano!

This is the third time that I have used True Friends for moving and the experience once again was great. Communication when they were going to arrive to both the load and unload was great and made planning easier. The crew that came this time were very professional and got right down to business. packed a couple of items and loaded the truck in a timely manner, these guys were great and made my moving experience practically painless.

This was my first time using a moving company, and it was an excellent experience. I was initially scheduled for 12 pm but they were able to work me in earlier. Jayden and Mike were wonderful. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. I never worried about my things being damaged. I will definitely use this company again!

Despite some miscommunications with the office on the front and back end of the move, things went very well with the relocation to Michigan. Carl, Dakota and Michael (I think) were very professional, quick and kept me updated on each day of the process. So aside from the mishap with the office, im pretty pleased! Thanks to you guys!

We can't say enough about Jacob H. and Nicholas (I hope I'm spelling your name right)! We moved on Thursday, May 7th. They showed up exactly on time to move our 2 bedroom apartment. We have A LOT of books, so we were concerned about truck space. However... they're amazing. I can see why they came so highly recommended to us! They had the truck packed (with room to spare!) in about 2 hours, and had us moved into our new house within 2 more hours.

The rates are fantastic- you pay a deposit, which comes off your total price in the end. There's a flat per hour rate (which is still the cheapest I know of).

If you're moving, do yourself a favor! These guys made this one of the most stress free days we've had lately. We planned for about 8 hours of moving, since that's how long it took last time. We were done in half the time, with about a third of the cost of the...

I needed to move furniture in preparation for having my floors redone and True Friends was able to accommodate me by moving the furniture and storing it for me for two weeks while the floors were finished. Their movers were friendly, knew what to do, and got it done in a timely manner. I will use them again.
