We've used True Friends twice in the last year (hopeful won't need to again for a long time, moving stinks). The first run went so well, we hired them again. Prices are reasonable, the two different teams of guys have been very helpful and friendly, and generally the work was done quickly. We had no damage or loses, though our moves were small, so risk was lower in the first place.

For our second move, we were scheduled around noon, but said we'd be open to earlier if a team became available. The morning of, they were able to move up, and we got a call, text, and email letting us know so we were prepared for their arrival. In both instances they were very good with communicating when and how things would happen.

The 2 young men that moved my items last Thursday, June 4, 2020, went above and beyond the call of duty. They did it with strength and good manners and a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I was a repeat customer as well. Many thanks!!!

I had a great move this past weekend using True friends moving. I moved from Nashville to a neighboring state, and from the beginning of the process to the end it was completely seamless. The individuals in the administrative office are quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Because of the pandemic I had to reschedule the date of my move which was easily done. The two movers who assisted me on Saturday were kind, fun, and definitely created a stressless moving day for me. We were able to complete the move within a day and I’ve never seen guys work so quickly and with such diligence in the process. I have used True friends movers now for three different moves within and outside of Nashville, I highly recommend.

Michael Melvin and Odonnie were awesome! They deserve a raise - the minute they showed up they started working and stayed that way all day. Could not ask for more professional, friendly workers. They took great care of everything and packed the truck with great care. If I ever move again, True Friends will be my first call!

I had 15 concrete steps they had to go up and down and they did great! Thank you guys for taking care of our property and being professional. I would recommend this company. Chris was very accommodating but due to circumstances that were not the companies fault I had to cancel but I would definitely use them again for a future move

Joseph, Josh and Jacob filled (2) 26’ trucks faster than I ever imagined and did so with a lot of care. The guys were very professional and personable. They also muscled our piano by 2 of them picking it up, walking it out of the house and up the truck ramp, impressive! Though Joseph and Jacob carried it onto the truck and Joseph and Josh carried it off, I’m pretty confident Joseph would have found a way to carry it himself if that’s what was needed! Super job guys, no way we could have done it without you.
