True Friends was sort of a shot in the dark. I was late in booking my move (less than a week) and True Friends was able to accommodate. I read reviews on yelp and reached out to several movers. True Fiends responded the quickest and had the most competitive price. The communication before and day of the move was perfect with emails and text messages. The gentleman that arrived were very respectable, helpful and extremely careful to take care of my stuff better than I would myself. And they did it in less than the quoted time. Quoted at 6 hours and were done in less than 5 with absolutely no problems. I very much appreciate the great job and would recommend this team to anyone.

We shopped around, contacted several companies and found this company on the web. After reading the reviews we contacted their company. From the start to the end it was a 100% professional no hassle experience. We didn’t have tons to move but it was all mostly heavy and happened at the end of the day. We knew the guys were tired but they kept on hustling anyway. We would highly recommend this company from our experience and if we move again locally, no question we would utilize them again. Thanks to the guys who move our belongings, awesome performance!

Jacob and I think his name was Mike, could be totally wrong on the 2nd guy name, were great. If I was grading by performance, the crew would get 5 stars but the overall experience on the payment and not having all the products that I ordered was the reason for the deduction of the 1 star. They take a payment for credit card as your down payment but fail to explain or make you aware that after their services, it will be an 3%, yes, a 3% processing fee. So, if you are reading this review, make sure you have a check available. 2nd, I ordered 2 mattress pads and 4 mirror boxes. They did not show up with them and had to use pads in which are $15 a piece. This is more than the other items, they did make right on this as they will deduct the pads off my next move since I had to keep them since my items went into storage. I will keep you all updated on the 2nd move to see if they live up to...

The guys moved super fast. They got everything moved that I needed in 30 minutes! They were very friendly and easy to speak to. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who is moving.

True Friends Moving Company did an amazing job! They were on time and communicated with me every step of the way. We had a possible schedule conflict and there team worked with me to see all my options to still make it work. It ended up working fine and they completed the move in a timely manner. We had a phenomenal experience with True Friends Moving Company! The price was extremely reasonable for a cross-country move, and the movers handled all of our possessions carefully while both loading and unloading the truck.
