True Friends Moving

I cannot begin to say enough about this moving company. If there was a way to give them more than five stars I would. They deserve the max amount given. I booked them to assist me with a move from an apartment to a condo. They arrived ahead of time I walked them through the space and we started. We were done loading/unloading in two hours flat. These guys moved with purpose and quickly. They wrapped the valued things and handled what they needed to do. Recommend to anyone and will be booking again.

10/10 would use these guys again! Hard workers! Much more professional than another company I used.

These guys are the fastest most professional movers I’ve ever worked with. Excellent service!

I was going to wait to review until they actually showed up but at this point I dont care if they roll out the red carpet. They gave me a time window between 12pm and 3pm. At 3:10pm after no call, I called them to ask for a status. The customer service guy said he'd call the crew for an update and call me back. At 3:25pm after no call I called back. He said they would be done with their previous job in 15 to 20 minutes. I waited until 4:10pm and called back. I told them I was really frustrated that I had to keep calling myself instead of receiving updates and he was apologetic and said that the crew was now on their way to me. 20 minutes later at 4:30pm the crew calls me and tells me now they are on their way to me. So was customer service just lying? Did the crew lie to customer service? Either way this is terribly unprofessional. So now I'm not expecting them till 5pm. 2 hours past...

Had a great experience with this moving company. My movers were Troy, Dominic and Devin. They were courteous, energetic, careful, and great about checking in with me to make sure everything was as I wanted it. If I ever have to move again I will call them!

We hired True Friends to move us from a large house to a condo and storage unit.It was a 2 day move Carl and his crew were top notch!! I would highly recommend True Friends to anyone looking to move.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Troy Dye and Samuel McClain during my recent move. The conditions were rather horrible (heat index over 100 degrees, a difficult driveway, very challenging access, etc.) and I never heard a complaint. A third guy (Raymond) was added to the crew late in the day which really sped things up and took some of the burden off Troy and Samuel. I have no complaints whatsoever. They assembled everything after an extremely long and hot day. I hope they are rewarded for their hard work!!!

We had a wonderful experience today with True Friends Moving Co. Carl and his crew were on time, worked endlessly for 9 hours (we had a lot to move) and were extremely polite and professional. I would absolutely recommend them for any move!

We used True Friends for our move today. I spoke with Chris a month ago to schedule. He was most helpful, knew all the right questions to ask and followed up with me as we approached our moving date. Our movers today were Joseph and Xavier. I can’t say enough nice things about them. They were on time, professional, friendly, knew exactly what they are doing and took extra special care of our things. I would certainly use this company again and will recommend them to anyone needing moving services.

Ron and Jayden were very nice but very professional. They loaded my entire apartment, moved it 3 hours away, and unloaded it. They definitely handled it with care, making sure to wrap any and every piece of furniture that needed it. They even took the time to grab extra boxes to pack my TVs. They were fast and efficient loading and unloading... They were done way ahead of when I expected, but without skipping any corners. I would definitely recommend this company... Not only were these two great, but the prices were the best in town (by far).

Carl & Roman we’re top notch professionals. They assisted with loading up a separate u-haul for my grandparent to take to their as well as packing my belongings. They hustled the entire time and were very careful with my furniture along the way. Highly recommend
