From the initial call with Chris, to the scheduling with Ben, to the moving process with Troy and his partner, everyone was professional, kind, and timely. I was leaving a very bad situation and they all understood and helped me me feel better. They did not ride the clock and their system was flawless. I can’t speak highly enough about this company. They live up to their name as being “True Fiends”! I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

We recently used True Friends moving and had a mostly positive experience. Courtney was a phenomenal mover! He was friendly, professional, and a very hard worker. He was working with a newer gentleman who chipped part of my bedroom suite and claimed it was already cracked when we saw him hit the door with it. It wasn’t worth the hassle to file a complaint and the chip can be repaired. They weren’t on time, almost an hour past their arrival window. They both worked hard through the rain. We would probably use this company again.

We have used True Friends Moving Company twice for items to be moved between our business and home. Outstanding both times! We highly recommend them for any moving needs you might have!

Used recently for an out-of-state move. They were so friendly and understanding, followed up frequently, were very professional and efficient. I can't sing their praises enough. So much better than any of the big companies or van lines. They take care of all of the hassle.

Jerry, Steven, and Jordan were excellent movers. Jerry was an amazing driver and maneuvered the moving truck through a narrow driveway with lots of trees. They worked hard and quickly.

I am giving four stars because of the office team (Clint). He sold me on a same-day timeframe and the moving team showed up 7 hours later. Clint was apologetic, but unsympathetic and lacked compassion for my situation calling it a “minor inconvenience.”

Update: Chris the owner called to provide a solution and I believe I was taken care of overall.

Both movers did an outstanding job. Loaded and unloaded efficiently and with no damage whatsoever. I'd be more than happy to recommend True Friends. Thanks for an excellent moving experience.

Troy and Pierre did an amazing job. So friendly and not a ding on anything. They are strong!! They handled everything amazingly. They were half the price of other movers. Highly recommend this company. You will not regret it.

This company is phenomenal! Chris had a team out the same day I called. They were kind, on time, and worked hard. They made this happen in the middle of moving offices themselves. I’m truly grateful and will recommend them to everyone.

The team that showed up was excellent. They showed up on time, were courteous and efficient. They were careful with my furniture and did not nick any walls, etc. I will definitely hire them again.

Great Guys!! This company represents the epitome of what a local moving company should as they raise the bar in customer service and customer satisfaction. Offering their customers very aggressive pricing with the same level of options and service as the big/national guys. Do yourself a favor and go with a small local business that you can depend on when it's time to move and still puts the customer first. The guys worked as a great team. They took great care with very large pieces as well as antiques. The house was quite tricky with a lot of corners and hallways for such large pieces. They were definitely problem solvers. Will be using again.

The Movers were fast and efficient and they treated my stuff like it's their own. Chris was professional and informative when i called to check on my move, and the hourly rate and sevice charge are all i paid. there were no hidden costs.

The guys showed up on time, they were careful with my furniture and unloaded very quickly. Very nice, mannerly guys.

Great communication throughout and updates as well on arrival times. Very understanding movers as no move is alike! Johnathon was professional and friendly as well. Even helped me unbox a big screen that I otherwise would have struggled with on my own.

True Friends helped us move out of our condemned apartment following a tornado in Nashville. Not only did they complete the job professionally and timely, they were incredibly compassionate and patient given the circumstance. Fast forward a few months and a friend is moving (coincidentally using True Friends) and the same mover (Dakota) is there to help! I knew my friend was in great hands and Dakota and Corey did a phenomenal job once again. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I highly recommend True Friends Moving Company. They really came through for my family when we needed it most! Joe and Troy did a fantastic job, were great communicators, and were very kind and friendly. You could tell they had expertise in moving really heavy items.
